Support me in developing Pankshin – LG boss

Plea

Pankshin (Palteau) July 12, 2017 (NAN) Mrs Suzana Yermen, the new Sole Administrator of Pankshin Local Government of Plateau, has appealed to the workers for   support in developing the local government are.

The administrator made the plea on Wednesday when the former Acting Chairman, Mr Reuben Dahilip, handed over the leadership to her in Pankshin.

“Today, I am taking over as the sole administrator and Director of Personnel Management (DPM) of Pankshin Local Government, and I am in dire need of your support and cooperation to succeed.

“This is our administration as civil servants, since I am not a politician but a civil servant like you; we must work together to prove ourselves to be worthy servants of the state, ’’ she said.

Yermen added that “this is our regime; we have to work hard and produce a result more so that we are on a scale by my appointment as a sole administrator of Pankshin’’.

According to her, the team work is what could help in the development of Pankshin and the state and called for everybody’s support for the desired result.

Earlier, Dahilip told the administrator that the workers were peace loving and hardworking and that with her cooperation, the council would be better off.

He urged the workers to extend the same support and cooperation given to him during his tenure, to the administrator for desired growth and development of the council.

Dahilip, who will serve as deputy to her, urged her to be focused and determined in the leadership, no matter what would happen “because while some are talking you down, some are praising you.’’ (NAN)
