He added that “one of the topmost priority of my administration is security of lives and property to all residents of Kaduna State.

He explained that the school is designated as one of the cells of the Directorate of Research and Development of the Nigerian Navy.
According to him, the inauguration of the school is one of NN’s four core seaman professional training schools,

He said “the school was equally charged with pre-deployment training of personnel earmarked for special operations/mission.

Redesigned and relocated to Kachia in Kaduna State from Lagos in 2009, work on the permanent site of the school
